Together, we will work to meet your Urban or Rural needs.  I live centrally in Cape Breton on the Cabot Trail and in my ‘mobile office’ I make every effort to come to you.  Prior to 2006 I administered a Health/Community Centre & CAP Site, worked with my husband in the farming & fishing industries and was committed to building community through volunteer efforts.

Jenessa grew up on the Cabot Trail of Cape Breton.  After traveling and living away she completed a Business Administration program with a major in Marketing at SAIT (Southern Alberta Institute of Technology).  Before and since then she worked in hospitality, marketing and sales. In 2017, inspired by all this Island has to offer, she accepted a sales position ‘back-home’ in Cape Breton.  Jenessa has a passion for people and understands that buying and selling your home, your largest asset, is life-changing.  She will do everything to make your move the best decision you’ve ever made.
